high-speed door

The Butzbach's high-speed gate NOVOSPRINT is designed in the technique of vertical opening that saves time and space. Two vertical sliding wings allow the gate to open with the speed of 2m/s! It enables quick and safe transport of goods without the risk of collision, and additionally prevents from draughts, which also means less losses of heat and consequently lower cost of heating and decreased rate of sick leaves among employees that in turn allows lowering health care expenses. Additional thermal and sound insulation is provided by an air bag located between the gate's panels. All those advantages, apart from obvious improvement of working conditions, carry significant reduction of heating and soundproofing expenses.
While thinking of special sanitary requirements of pharmaceutical and food industry we designed NOVOSPRINT Higiena doorway. The elements of the doorway are produced from non-porous material that is resistant to corrosion (INOX), complies with all the regulations and provide high standard of safety. For areas threatened with explosion, we prepared explosion-proof Butzbach NOVOSPRINT ATEX doorway.
Butzbach's ECOSPRINT is an economical variant of single-walled doorway designed in the technique of vertical opening. It offers logistic advantages of NOVOSPRINT doorways, that is capability of fast and safe traffic flow, while at the same time it distinguishes itself by exceptionally low operation costs, requires a socket of only 230V that facilitates the assembly and utilization, as well as reduces electric energy costs. Butzbach ECOSPRINT doorways provide safety of use. In case when power supply is cut off, the doorway can be easily opened manually. As an option we offer installation of additional emergency route function.
Not large dimensions, max. 3.5 x 3.5m, self-supporting construction and clear and thorough project enable efficient assembly of the doorway, which allows it to be placed at almost any location. What is more, our factory capabilities make it possible to adjust the project optimally for individual operational expectation of a client.
